Who's at fault? The bodyguard is carrying bags instead of watching for key factors and assessment of risk areas. He's too busy getting coffee. Because of this, he can't warn you about the guys coming with the camera's or guns etc. So who is at fault?  Who's detail is it if something happens to the client?

THE BODYGUARDS!

It's the bodyguards job to inform the client "i'm sorry, I don't do shopping", I'm sorry, I don't carry bags, I don't fetch for coffee, I don't clean, I don't change diapers etc. You watch out for the SAFETY of the client! Rules of engagement, Policies and Procedures.  This should of all been discussed at the inception of the assignment. This is done prior to DETAIL ASSIGNMENTS.

It upsets us greatly! Someone could of harmed the celebrity.  Paparazzi are normally a joke to our organization. We have key protocols on what to do for them to eventually land  in jail or have other situations arise to keep them "LEGALLY" away!

A bodyguard never put's a client at risk for SAFETY, SECURITY or NEGATIVE PUBLICITY.  If they do, they don't have the experience to do the job.  If your riding in a covertible top vehicle with the Bodyguard, your obviously not being protected properly.

PAPARAZZI

Have you noticed that some celebrities are always in the spot light.  "ALWAYS"  over and over again.  Why is this? Did you ever wonder it might be someone giving information to the paparazzi?  Inside person? or do you think they have a magic wand?  You tell me how does the parazzi know your every move?  They stake out the residence?  How do they know your even there?  Really?

The last guy that we read about (pararazzi) had placed a audio device at the main entrance to Nicole Kidmans residence.  Charges are being brought up against him.  However, how did the Security Team allow this man to breach their Security??  Amazing!! 3 months before they obtain the bug!  Now let's think.  Imagine someone placing a bug in a Studio? or in a Lawyers office.  The damage that can be done hearing 3 months of activity is very, very, very damaging. 

If your on the news constantly crying or having negative publicity, who's winning the war against you?  You keep saying PAPARAZZI, right?  Then the person that's watching your back is not skilled.  He has no clue how to combat this war waged against you.  Paparazzi, do constant Surveillance!  They constantly survey.  They use devices to help them, they pay people to help them.  We can counter what they do.  It's called COUNTER SURVEILLANCE!
